WHAT DID FARAH DO ON HER MIDTERM HOLIDAY?

I had one of the best holiday ever with my loved ones last week. My parents took few days off from works to have some family time with us in Kuala Lumpur. They came all the way from Perlis to fetch both me and my Sister since we were having a break. It felt really good to finally reunites with everyone and have our quality time together. We went to check in at Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur for 3 days and 2 night. First thing first, once we've checked in we had some time to rest and decided to go to Petronas Twin Tower that night. We were so excited and hyped about it because it's been a while since our last visit there. By 7.30pm we were all set and went to KLCC, and the first thing we did was eating! We had our dinner first before anything else's and only after that we started our shopping spree! The highlight of the night was each one of us got a present from our parents. Once we were done with everything we walked back to our hotel because apparently KLCC from Intercontinental is just a walking distance.

The next day my little Brother woke me up to chill at the pool. The weather was gloomy but we were lucky it started to rain right after we were done with our Swimming. Then we drop by at our parents room to have our breakfast together before heading back to our own room. An hour later, we left to IOI City Mall which is located in Putrajaya.

That night we went to Urban Street Dining Sites which is few minutes walking distance from our hotel and it's at the opposite of KLCC. The food was surprisingly good and there were a big crowd because it's weekend after all. I like the idea of people using food trucks in that area as in what people usually do in United Kingdom. It's a nice feeling to see people enjoy their food and have good times with their cliques in an urban way. Those foodtrucks offer various type of food and I'm glad to say my family tried almost all of the foodtrucks menu! Since there was a big crowd, we decided to take away those food and ate it at the hotel instead.

On our last day before we depart to Perlis, we went to Pavilion to have our lunch and get what we wanted first. I'm so happy that me and my Sister get to buy our mom's birthday present which is from  Duckscarves collaboration with Bowerhouse which has a really soft and delicate pattern that makes the person who wears it look demure. To put a smile on our mom's face is a truly satisfaction. Our last stop was my Uncle house. It was my dad Uncle to be precise and for me he's a very wise man and yet still have a very good sense of humour. We had good laugh during our stay and bid him farewell after a while. That marks the end of our vacation for 3 days and all I can say is i am so blessed to be able to live my life this way and those 3 days have been splendid.  Family is the best treasure anyone could ever asked for and I will be forever thankful to have this beautiful souls as my family members

So here is my family photo :)
